After a successful inspection, Ethiopia will finally regain the privilege of playing at home, ending a period of forced exile for its home games.
The stadium will host the return leg of the preliminary qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations against São Tomé and Príncipe.
Buoyed by its fans, the Ethiopian national team will attempt to secure qualification for the group stage in this match scheduled for March 31, 2026.
