Nigeria international goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali is reportedly on the radar of African heavyweights Simba SC of Tanzania and Morocco’s Raja Casablanca following his departure from Chippa United.
The 29-year-old is currently a free agent after mutually terminating his contract with the South African club last week, a decision taken at his request after four years with the Gqeberha-based side.
Nwabali’s stock has risen significantly in recent seasons, with the shot-stopper widely regarded as one of the top goalkeepers on the continent.
His reputation was further enhanced by an impressive showing for Nigeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, where he played a key role in the Super Eagles’ campaign.
With his experience and recent form, Nwabali is expected to attract strong interest as he considers the next chapter of his career.
