Président sortant de la Fédération sud-africaine de football, Danny Jordaan a été reconduit à la tête de l’instance ce samedi.
L’homme de 71 ans a été réélu à l’issue du congrès de la SAFA tenu au Sandton Convention Center.
Danny Jordaan a remporté le scrutin à une écrasante majorité avec 186 voix, contre 27 voix pour Ria Ledwaba arrivé en deuxième position et 8 voix pour Solly Mohlabeng, troisième.
C’est le troisième mandat de l’homme politique et militant anti- apartheid. Il dirige la Fédération sud-africaine de football depuis 2013.
