Commencé ce dimanche 20 février, le Tour cycliste du Rwanda 2022 était à sa première étape. Une étape courue sous une forte pluie mais qui a été finalement remportée par Geniez Alexandre.
Le cycliste français a été le premier à franchir la ligne d’arrivée avec un chrono de 4’41’’65. Il est suivi du Colombien Restrepo Valencia (4’46’’69) et d’un autre Français, Dujardin Sandy (4’47’’63).
